叶赛兰律师，英文名Katherine，系湖南芙蓉律师事务所资深合伙人，现任芙蓉律所管委会委员、“走出去”服务中心负责人。

Attorney Katherine Ye, a seasoned partner at Hunan FLO, currently serves as a member of FL0's Management Committee and Head of the “Going Global” Service Center.

执业十二载，叶律师深耕私募基金、国际贸易及先进制造业领域，精研股权架构设计、投融资、劳动人事合规及商事合作法律服务，赢得客户的高度信赖与广泛赞誉。

With over twelve years of legal practice, Attorney Ye has focused on private equity funds, international trade, and advanced manufacturing. She is highly experienced in equity structure design, investment and financing, labor and employment compliance, and commercial cooperation, earning strong trust and recognition from clients.

凭借在农产品国际贸易领域的深度实践，叶律师对国内外农产品优劣势、业务模式及风险把控具备独到而深刻的洞见，并在此过程中积累了丰富的国内大型涉农央国企、民企供应链资源，以及国际投资与贸易领域的优质企业及团队资源。

Through extensive practice in international agricultural trade, Attorney Ye has developed unique and in-depth insights into the strengths and weaknesses of domestic and foreign agricultural products, business models, and risk control. Over the years, she has built valuable connections with large state-owned and private agricultural enterprises in China, as well as high-quality enterprises and professional teams in the international investment and trade sectors.

目前，叶律师全面负责芙蓉律所“走出去”服务中心的战略规划与业务拓展，将依托芙蓉总所及遍布全国的三十余家分所，携手芙蓉海外合作办公室，共同发起“芙蓉出海基金”，为有志于开拓海外市场的企业精准打通出海“最后一公里”。

Currently, Attorney Ye leads the strategic planning and business development of FLO “Going Global” Service Center. Leveraging the firm’s headquarters and more than 30 branch offices nationwide, together with its overseas cooperation offices, she is spearheading the launch of the FLO "Going Global" Investment Fund. This initiative is designed to provide targeted support for enterprises seeking to expand abroad, helping them effectively navigate the “last mile”of global market entry.

涉外建设 / Foreign-Related Construction

立足于芙蓉律所已在台湾、印度、津巴布韦开设的合作律师办公室，叶律师未来将持续联合海外律所、专业机构及华人商会、优秀企业，共建“芙蓉海外合作办公室”网络，持续响应客户需求，精进服务项目，赋能服务升级，切实为出海企业提供高效、可靠的“最后一公里”落地支撑。

Based on the existing cooperative law offices established by Furong Law Firm in Taiwan, India, and Zimbabwe, Lawyer Ye will continue to collaborate with overseas law firms, professional institutions, Chinese chambers of commerce, and leading enterprises to build FLO Overseas Cooperation Office network. This network will continuously respond to client needs, enhance service offerings, and empower service upgrades, delivering efficient and reliable “last-mile” solutions for enterprises going abroad.
