今年8月，金春卿律师将随沿海某省国际商会组织的经贸交流团，赴柬埔寨和越南开展商务交流。

This August, Attorney Winston Jin will join a business delegation organized by the International Chamber of Commerce of a coastal province to visit Cambodia and Vietnam for commercial exchanges .

此行旨在落实该省政府工作要求和巩固该省领导今年访问柬埔寨后续成果，进一步加强与柬埔寨、越南等周边国家经贸交流。出访期间，金春卿律师将随交流团参加该省政府举办的西港特区投资推介交流会，并随该省政府代表团拜访相关国家政府部门、经贸机构，了解开发园区和江苏境外投资企业。

The purpose of this visit is to implement the provincial government's work agenda and to build on the outcomes of the provincial leaders’ visit to Cambodia earlier this year. This visit aims to further enhance economic and trade cooperation with neighboring countries such as Cambodia and Vietnam. During the visit, Attorney Winston Jin will participate in the Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone Investment Promotion Conference organized by the provincial government. He will also get a good knowledge the provincial delegation in visits to relevant government departments, trade organizations, industrial parks, and Jiangsu-invested enterprises abroad.

金律师近年来一直支持欧美企业和国内企业投资东南亚从事生产、贸易和工业园建设运营等。自共建“一带一路”倡议提出以来，中国已同150多个国家、30多个国际组织建立合作关系。2016 年 10 月 ，中国与柬埔寨签署《中华人民共和国和柬埔寨王国共同推进“一带一路”建设合作规划纲要的谅解备忘录》。2017 年 11 月中国与越南签署《关于共建“一带一路”与“两廊一圈”对接合作的谅解备忘录》。1996年7月中柬签署《促进和保护投资协定》，2016年10月签署《避免双重征税协定》。1992年12月和1995年5月，中国与越南分别签署了《关于鼓励和相互保护投资协定》和《关于对所得避免双重征税和防止偷漏税的协定》。

In recent years, Attorney Winston Jin has been actively supporting both Chinese and European enterprises in investing in Southeast Asia across various sectors including manufacturing, trade, and the construction and operation of industrial parks. Since the launch of the Belt and Road Initiative, China has established cooperation with over 150 countries and more than 30 international organizations. In October 2016, China and Cambodia signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Jointly Promoting the Cooperation Plan for the Belt and Road Initiative. In November 2017, China and Vietnam signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Promoting Synergy Between the Belt and Road Initiative and the "Two Corridors, One Economic Circle" Plan. China also signed the Agreement on the Promotion and Protection of Investments with Cambodia in July 1996, and the Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation in October 2016. In December 1992 and May 1995, China and Vietnam signed the Agreement on the Encouragement and Reciprocal Protection of Investments and the Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income, respectively.

金律师的欧美客户在柬埔寨和越南共有约6家正在运营的工厂和工业区。与此同时，金律师及其同事正在为中国驰名的民营企业在越南筹建意大利与日本合资的物流仓库，相信不久后即将落地。

Currently, Attorney Winston Jin’s European and Chinese clients operate approximately six factories and industrial zones in Cambodia and Vietnam. Meanwhile, Lawyer Jin and his colleagues are assisting a well-known Chinese private enterprise in establishing a joint Italian-Japanese logistics warehouse project in Vietnam, which is expected to materialize soon.
