近日，金春卿律师出席了由全美亚裔企业家协会（AAEA）主办的AAEA 2025全美亚裔企业家峰会。本次峰会在纽约哥伦比亚大学举行，聚焦亚裔企业家在全球化浪潮中的成长路径，涵盖从创业构想到融资策略、从扩张规划到IPO管理的全周期议题，通过四大主题论坛，为与会者提供深度洞察与实战经验分享。

Recently, Attorney Winston Jin attended the 2025 AAEA Summit, hosted by the Asian American Entrepreneurs Association (AAEA). The summit was held at Columbia University in New York, focusing on the development paths of Asian entrepreneurs in the wave of globalization. Covering the entire business lifecycle, from startup ideation to financing strategies, and from expansion planning to IPO management, the Summit featured four major thematic forums offering participants in-depth insights and practical experience sharing.

上述四大主题在很大程度上均涉及AI、VC和上市。这恰恰是金律师近年的最高关注！ 他于2025年4月在哈佛大学法学院学习了人工智能法，这是哈佛历史上第一个人工智能法高管教育项目。他是该项目全球60名学员中唯一的中国人。

The above four major themes all substantially involve AI, venture capital, and public listings, precisely the areas that have been of utmost concern to Attorney Jin in recent years. In April 2025, he studied Artificial Intelligence Law at Harvard Law School, as part of Harvard's first-ever Executive Education Program dedicated to AI law. He was the only participant from China among the 60 global professionals admitted by program.

尽管当前中美关系面临挑战，但是金春卿律师及其同事们仍持续为众多美国客户提供专业服务。2022年1月，金律师带领方本律师事务所又重新获得中国证监会（CSRC）律师证券业务备案，并且他与相关同仁们一起正在积极协助中国公司进军美国资本市场，努力积极开拓、推进赴美上市和赴港上市项目。

Despite the current challenges in China–U.S. relations, Attorney Winston Jin and his colleagues have continued to provide professional legal services to numerous American clients. In January 2022, under Winston’s leadership, Fangben Law Firm successfully re-obtained securities business filing with the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). Together with his team, Winston has been actively assisting Chinese companies in entering the U.S. capital markets, and working diligently on projects involving listings in both the U.S. and Hong Kong.

AAEA依美国法成立于2020年，注册于华盛顿特区，总部位于纽约。AAEA致力于实现自己的六大宗旨，目前也吸引了加拿大的亚裔成员。

AAEA was established under U.S. law in 2020, registered in Washington, D.C., and is headquartered in New York. AAEA is dedicated to advancing its six core missions and has recently attracted people of Asian descent from Canada as well.
