近日，来自美国吉布森律师事务所（Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP）华盛顿特区办公室的知识产权资深律师且为China Desk的负责人访问了上海博爱方本律师事务所，与金春卿律师部分团队成员就人工智能、商业秘密、专利许可以及GUI等前沿法律领域的合作进行了深入且务实的探讨。

Recently, a senior intellectual property lawyer from the Washington D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, who also serves as the head of the firm's China Desk, visited Shanghai Boai Fangben Law Firm. During the visit, he engaged in in-depth and practical discussions with Lawyer Jin Chunqing’s some team members on collaboration in cutting-edge legal areas such as artificial intelligence, trade secret, patent licensing as well as GUI.

Lawyer Jin Chunqing and his team have long been dedicated to high-end transnational intellectual property work. From 2009 to 2010, Lawyer Jin played a key role as a core attorney in the high-profile Rio Tinto trade secret case in Australia. In 2010, he led his team in handling the Fuji trademark case, which was closely followed by CCTV. Lawyer Jin also played a significant role in the early stages of joint ventures involving companies such as Philips, Siemens, Schneider, Alstom, and Pfizer, contributing to the drafting of Technology Licensing Agreements and Foreign Expert Agreements. Additionally, Lawyer Jin has co-authored five relevant transnational intellectual property books and, as one of the 30 external experts of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, has participated in handling multiple complex and challenging intellectual property cases.
